3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for services are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion of services. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although we strive to provide current pricing on our website and at our location.

4. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for removing all valuable items, personal belongings, and any items they do not wish to be cleaned or moved from their vehicle before dropping it off for service. Mist Haven Wash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside a vehicle. While we take the utmost care during services, customers acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with vehicle cleaning and detailing, including potential for minor wear or unforeseen damage, particularly on older or pre-damaged vehicles.

We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that present a health or safety risk to our staff, or if the vehicle’s condition is beyond our service capabilities.

5. Limited Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

Mist Haven Wash aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, may offer a re-service of the affected areas or a partial refund. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control after the service is completed.
